Warranty & service

We stand behind what we install.

A system isn’t finished when the crew leaves. It’s finished when it’s still working years from now. Every EuroTex installation is covered by a written warranty, and the company that installed it is the company that services it.

How service works

One call. Our own crew. Written up when it’s done.

01

Tell us what you’re seeing

Call, email, or use the service form. Give us the address, the system, and what’s happening. Photos help.

02

We schedule the visit

We book it ourselves—no call center, no third-party service company. [Placeholder—response-time commitment]

03

Our team fixes it

Service is handled by EuroTex’s own people—the ones who build and install these systems.

04

We document it

You get a written record of what we found and what we did about it.

Caring for your system

A little upkeep goes a long way.

Tracks

Keep the tracks clear

Vacuum sliding tracks and wipe them down a few times a year. Grit is the enemy of a smooth slide.

Drainage

Keep drainage open

Check that the small drainage slots at the base of each frame aren’t blocked, so water has a way out.

Glass & frames

Clean gently

Mild soap and water on glass and frames. Skip abrasive pads and pressure washers—they’re hard on seals and finishes.

Builders and dealer partners

Trade warranty terms

Warranty terms for trade and dealer partners are set out in your supply agreement. Questions go to the same team that built the job.
